Marwa Kazoun

Marwa Kazoun is a food safety and quality management professional with over 15 years of experience across the GCC hospitality and F&B sector.
Throughout her career, she has conducted more than 800 food safety audits across restaurants and multi-brand operations, helping businesses strengthen compliance, improve operational standards, and build stronger food safety culture.
She specializes in digital transformation of food safety systems, leading the shift from paper-based processes into fully digital FSMS solutions, including smart checklists, compliance monitoring platforms, incident management systems, and e-learning training programs.
During her leadership journey with Global Catering Services, she contributed to achieving the Dubai Municipality Food Elite Award for two consecutive years:
